What is the main process on the first day for a new seed package?

For eForest V1, you need to go through the 4 actions of planting the seed when it is initially in the 'Not Planted' section to start the process. Once the seed is moved to the 'Planted' section, you can water it one more time to start the growing process. That means it will bump the day count from 0 to 1. But after that, you can only water it once a day.
