Created by Support eForest, Modified on Wed, 23 Aug, 2023 at 7:23 PM by Support eForest

eForest supports our eForest Community members (eForesters) in the use of mobile apps, online platforms, emails, websites, and social media or any other means to connect with each other and potential customers.  We have developed these guidelines to help protect your personal and professional reputation and the reputation of the eForest team.

Guidelines

A - Accept responsibility for anything you create or contribute online.

In any promotional content you must (1) disclose your full name in all emails and on all relevant social media profiles that relate to eForest and its products or business (i.e. Anonymous postings or use of an alias is prohibited), (2) you must conspicuously identify yourself as an “eForester” or eForest community member.

You must respect the intellectual property of eForest and official written permission is required for the use of the company logos, images, photos, or any trademarked names or content. This is to avoid any potential confusion by customers, especially anything that might cause someone to believe they are connecting to an official company website or social media account.  This includes any link or social media account using the terms “eForest” or the chinese "esenlin" or any variations which could be reasonably confused based on the displayed content.

The company, at its own discretion, may choose to allow trademark use, but strictly under the following conditions: (1) the company must be transferred ownership of any domain name which includes “eForest” in the name or any variation of it (2) the Company has administrative access to any infringing social media accounts that include “eForest” in the name or any variation of it, (3) the infringing domain or media profile is used to the benefit of all users of eForest, (4) any obtained customer data obtained through infringing accounts is made available to the Company.  Any requests for approval of content can be submitted through "Help" at the eForest website.

 B - Be positive.

Don't engage in criticism, personal attacks, or negative comments against individuals, the company, the staff, or competitors or their products. Refrain from posting content that is unlawful, objectionable, defamatory, or infringing of intellectual property rights of others.

C - Communicate with Respect and Professionalism.

Refrain from sensitive, divisive, politically charged, or questionable content that could offend or alienate. Be the person you are trying to attract. You may not make any claims, specific or implied, regarding real or potential income, including income guarantees of any kind. Never say that anything is free.

D - Do share with those who have indicated an interest  Don't spam, overuse hashtags, tag people in posts or photos who aren't directly involved, don't use mass invites, etc.  In other words, share with those who have indicated interest without being annoying.

E - Enjoy building relationships and create curiosity for eForest.  Add value in everything you do. Actively participate.
