How should the cardholder proceed in the event of an unauthorized transaction?

The Cardholder should notify UTGL’s Client Service of any transaction which was not authorized by the Cardholder within 60 days from the date of the Transaction.  If the Cardholder fails to report within the said period, the transaction(s) shown on the transaction history shall be considered correct.
